A game is an expression of technology that can develop cultural norms and a worldwide phenomenon that transcends all boundaries. It also became a source of learning. This game is not just toys, they promote:

• Information literacy. Players download text files and make notes. They also take "screen shots" of the game and upload with their comments.
• Curiosity and thirst to know more. Lead to the development of learning. Individual skills are sharpened using pooled resources.
• Development of well developed research skills and the use of mind confusing variety of resources.
• Social interaction and exchange of ideas, especially in the multiplayer online game.
• An understanding of the history of the world. A lot of games are map based and re-enact actual events that happened in the world.
• The setting up of virtual learning to explore new game-related technology, new game elements, and how to play with peers.
• Interpretation of data and lateral thinking. Players spend long hours absorbed in searching for information, searching high and low for tips, cheat, and tricks, develop what is known as the Walkthroughs.
• Curiosity and sets the wheels of the mind clicking leading to innovations in design, graphics, strategies,  software programming and more.
• Competitiveness thirst to succeed and win.
• Team work, share ideas, and collective problem-solving.

Gee, Squire, and Stienkuehler, University of Wisconsin-Madison professor is studying to learn through playing games. The advantages of gaming over traditional teaching tools truly believe that gaming has woven within its matrix important learning technologies.

Learning in the world of e-learning is a virtual gaming is hands on, interactive, to promote collaborative working, problem solving,  has no restrictions or limits, creating a new generation of leaders.
